TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any access or the use of Havitall and/or www.havitall.com.my signifies your consent to the following terms and conditions. Prior to taking any legal or action otherwise, please contact us at Havitall to notify us of the nature of the query. Havitall will not accept any returns delivered to us without written communication and agreement prior to return to us. Any products returned without prior consent will not be processed until an agreement has been met.
Please note that the colours that appear on your screen may vary from 1 screen to another. We have made every effort possible to display the colours on the products as accurately as possible. Therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of the colours is completely accurate.
Should you receive any of our product that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
PAYMENT AND CHARGES
We accept Bank Transfer and credit card as payment. Should there be any mistake on the pricing (we are human after all :P), we will notify you via email before dispatching the product(s).
Once you have made your order, you will receive and email confirmation. In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply if the size of the order is irregular (i.e too heavy). Therefore, additional charges may apply. But don’t worry, we will get in touch with you.
If you are ordering from outside Malaysia, you may be subjected to import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for this, so please do some research and contact the relevant authorities. We are sure they are more than happy to help you.
Orders originated from Malaysia are payable in Ringgit Malaysia, whilst international orders are payable in US Dollar (USD).
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Once item has been shipped, we are no longer liable for any damages, directly or indirectly. Any damage caused by the shipping company is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. But as always, we will be with you along the way and assist wherever we can. Don’t worry, we don’t plan this to be a short-term relationship.
EXCHANGED AND RETURN POLICY
Please inform us via email / message should you wish to return the goods if it’s faulty. We will reimburse you with store credits. You have 48 hours to do so upon the acceptance of the product. All products sent back need to be in the condition it was sent. Shipping charges that may apply during the return will not be compensated by us. For any further questions regarding this, please send us an email.
RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES
Customer will be contacted immediately if a packaged is returned to us and marked as return to sender. If the customer require re-shipping, a new postage fee shall be required. Should the customer no longer wants the product, store credits will be offered. Havitall is not liable if the customer cannot be reached via reasonable means and time.
All data collected while you make your purchase on this website will not be shared or sold to external parties. We value your privacy and make all effort to ensure your data is safe. Please contact us anytime should you have further questions.
